Of course it's mostly because 1.3 a4 already uses the theme system so my design was already converted and stuff. Anyways I just want to say you should try to upgrade, 1.5 is well worth it. But I've already modified maybe the half of WP 1.5-beta1 core files. All my stuff is adapted to those mods. If I upgrade, I'll have to modifiy them again. But I don't get it which core files within WP did you change? I've been using wordpress for almost a year now and I havn't found a reason to modify any of those files.
