I can see maybge getting the design to see how fiz did something, and then possibly placing your workings in a subdir, not known to anyone but you to see how it looks. (I say this because I have about 8 designs from other sites on my home server that I mess with when I get bored) But putting them in public view without permission is more disrepectful than not putting the copyright information in.

Besides, why would you want fiz’s design, it sucks ;p
